Acceptance of Terms

Product Information and Pricing

linkdeal Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error occur in product information, pricing, or availability, linkdeal Store may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information at no cost to you. For items that naturally vary (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product information and warnings are supplied for reference only; linkdeal Store cannot guarantee that products remain free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent on product availability and acceptance by linkdeal Store. linkdeal Store may decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or picked up, unless linkdeal Store agrees otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your chosen delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued ID will be requested at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is unavailable, linkdeal Store will notify you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on linkdeal Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "linkdeal Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to linkdeal Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any linkdeal Store content without our explicit written consent. User Responsibilities

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of linkdeal Store's services shall first be submitted to linkdeal Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

linkdeal Store may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. If material changes are made to these Terms, linkdeal Store will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
